01 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, "dbe222", "we", "us", and "our" refer to the dbe222 platform and its operating entity. "Player", "you", and "your" refer to any registered user of the dbe222 platform. "Platform" means the dbe222 website accessible at https://dbe222.app and all associated services, games, and features made available therein. "Account" means the individual registered account held by a player. "BDT" and "৳" refer to Bangladeshi Taka, the sole supported currency on this platform.

Headings in these Terms are for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation. Where the context permits, the singular includes the plural and vice versa. References to "writing" include electronic communications delivered through the platform's messaging system or to a registered email address.

02 Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an active account on dbe222, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dbe222 operates a strict 21+ policy. No exceptions will be made regardless of circumstance.
• You are registering from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are registering on your own behalf. Creating accounts on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• You do not currently hold another active or previously suspended account on the dbe222 platform.
• You have not been self-excluded from dbe222 or any affiliated gaming platform within the last twelve months.
• You are of sound mind and are not acting under duress or undue influence when agreeing to these Terms.

dbe222 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the period specified may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

03 Account Management and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on dbe222 at any time. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, a false identity, or through shared devices — is a material breach of these Terms. dbe222 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all associated accounts will be suspended without notice and any balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passcodes (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. dbe222 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) from within your account settings. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify dbe222 support immediately by contacting [email protected]. dbe222 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that result from your failure to safeguard your credentials or your failure to report a suspected breach promptly.

dbe222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, money laundering, or any other conduct that violates these Terms or applicable law.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. dbe222 will not accept deposits from accounts belonging to third parties. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed and the depositing account suspended pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will only be processed after full Know Your Customer (KYC) verification has been completed. KYC documentation may include a valid National ID card, passport, or other government-issued photo identification, along with proof of address where required. dbe222 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any stage of the withdrawal process.

dbe222 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. However, your mobile financial service provider or bank may apply their own transaction fees, for which dbe222 accepts no responsibility. Processing times stated on this platform are targets and not guarantees; delays may occur during periods of high volume or due to maintenance windows at payment providers.

dbe222 reserves the right to delay, withhold, or decline a withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or where KYC requirements have not been satisfied. In such cases, dbe222 will communicate the reason for the delay to the player's registered contact details within a reasonable time frame.

05 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

dbe222 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. These include but are not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and the T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer at the time it is made available.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all dbe222 promotional offers:

• Bonuses must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Bonuses that expire before the wagering requirement is met will be removed from the account without replacement.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino tables, slots, and other game categories may carry different contribution percentages. These are specified in each promotion's terms.
• dbe222 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time and without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to players who have accepted the offer.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonuses — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion with other players, or placing low-risk opposing bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal exposure — will have their bonus voided, any associated winnings cancelled, and their account reviewed for suspension.
• Bonuses are non-transferable between accounts and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting the relevant wagering requirements.

06 Games, Betting Rules, and Fair Play

07 Prohibited Activities and Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dbe222 platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the platform for any money laundering activity, including but not limited to using gambling transactions to obscure the source of illegally obtained funds.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other game to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other participants.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software tools to interact with the platform in a manner that is not consistent with normal human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or pricing errors discovered on the platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to [email protected] immediately upon discovery.
• Registering under a false identity, using stolen identity documents, or impersonating another person.
• Using the platform in any way that could cause damage to dbe222's reputation, systems, or other players' experience.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation.
• Engaging in any form of fraud relating to deposits, chargebacks, or bonus claims.

08 Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the dbe222 platform without prior written authorisation from dbe222. Unauthorised use of platform content may result in account termination and legal action.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbe222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if dbe222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

dbe222's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by you to your dbe222 account in the three calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dbe222 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server downtime, or third-party service failures may temporarily affect platform availability. dbe222 will use reasonable efforts to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

dbe222 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data is handled with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and appropriate security measures at rest.

dbe222 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with third-party service providers strictly as necessary for platform operation, payment processing, identity verification, and fraud prevention, subject to appropriate data processing agreements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dbe222 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, dbe222 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notification. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

The version of the Terms in force at the time of any dispute shall govern that dispute, regardless of any subsequent amendments. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

13 Account Closure

You may request closure of your dbe222 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable processing time, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied and there are no outstanding investigations relating to the account.

dbe222 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, including where a player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the account would pose a risk to the platform or other players. In cases of closure for cause, dbe222 may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation and may pursue recovery of any losses caused by the player's conduct.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the dbe222 platform, you are encouraged to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. dbe222 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five business days.

dbe222 operates a fair and transparent complaints handling process. All complaints will be investigated impartially and a written response provided. Where a complaint cannot be resolved informally, the matter may be referred to formal dispute resolution procedures in accordance with applicable law.

15 Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any specific bonus or promotion terms published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and dbe222 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature relating to the subject matter hereof.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision.
